Kindly note that the samples will be offered for free, but you will still need to pay the shipping fee. All samples get shipped to you within 24hrs of placing your sample order.

Under the professional re-seller plan, you have the option to have your website under your own private domain name or use the free sub-domain name, which is www.YourName.PromoCatalog.Gifts For the private domain, it means you will need to buy a domain name on a domain website e.g. GoDaddy.com for $9 or more, depending on your country domain. Once you have ordered for the domain, we will provide you with the DNS details. These are basic texts, which you will input inside the domain setting to get it active instantly. Some products will be exclusive to you and uploaded only on your website. These products will be sold on your website but will NOT be sold on PapaChina. This applies to the new products and not the basic popular products. Most products on the professional plan are exclusive products and are not available on PapaChina. We will also continue to grow these exclusive products to give you, our partners, the upper hand in sales.

With the professional plan, you will have access to multiple website design option, this design can easily be change from the admin portal and each design is already customized in different colors to match your brand color, so if you select design A, and your brand is black, you can easily change the template design to black. Upload Local Products
With the professional plan, you are allowed to upload existing promotional products that are locally sourced on your website. You will be given a back-end access where you can upload from, as long as the product is of good quality and high standard. For products sourced from other sources and uploaded by you, 100% of the sales profit from the product goes directly to you. We will not share or keep part of this sales revenue and the best part is that we will handle the full product hosting for you. This means you pay nothing for product hosting or server.

When you place orders with us and we ship for you, your name will appear as the shipper. You can get the shipment label, which means your brand name will be printed on the shipment stickers that will be applied on products. With this, anytime we ship order for you, your company’s sticker will be branded on the shipment.
24/7 Dedicated Personal Account Manager
As a re-seller partner, you will have a dedicated team of account officers that will work directly with you through email, direct chat, and phone to ensure that the PapaChina re-seller program always delivers on its promise.
Customer Portal System
Each of your customers will have a unique portal link that enables them to easily view their price quotation, presentation, download quotation, place an order, and add more products. This makes it easy to process order and share quotes with other departments instead of sending an Excel sheet and PDF files to customers. The portal system updates automatically as there are changes to the products, such as price changes.
This is the same portal, which we use for sending you price quotation. However, instead of it being under PapaChina domain name, it will be in your own domain name or sub-domain link.
Website Language Translation
We have two options of website translation
A) We can allow you to do the website translation, we will give you the back end access to the translation page, where each English word is state, and you easily input your language translation
B) We can also take responsibility for the translation of the website into your preferred language. This translation will be done by a professional real human translator to make the translation from English to your requested language, at extra cost to you, we will let you know the translation cost, and if you are fine with the price, then you can pay and translation process will kick off, and you will also be given the fastest timeline of translation
Upgraded Professional Admin Portal
You will be provided with the access to the back-end admin where you can work from and control all functions. You can create new worker account and limit their access to parts of the system, based on their departments; control quotation request, pending and on-going orders; get price calculator; enable or disable products; enable or discontinue website features, such as the signage and printing website; control set-up process; review re-sellers, both free and paying re-seller; view marketing contents with tools; and do a lot more. The admin portal will always be updated with new features and programs to help in the development and success of the professional re-seller program.
Catalog
Part of the agreement and responsibility we are committed to is to always provide catalogs for your brand and this will not just be one catalog system. Currently, there are three categories of catalogs on the platform, which are digital versions for now. One, there is the Best Seller category, which covers all the best-seller products. Two, there is the Event catalog, which covers products for different events, e.g. Christmas, New Year, Trade Shows, and so on. Three, there is the Industry catalog, which is a different set of catalogs. It contains 30 different industries with selected products that fit each industry. All these catalogs are in digital version and can be downloaded in PDF format. An upgrade will be done subsequently so that it can be visible using the website link, like a web browser. Moving forward, more upgrade will be done on the catalog to keep them up to date and relevant.
Subscriptions Cancellation & Refund
To cancel subscription, you MUST notify us of your intent to cancel upfront before your next billing cycle; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current annual billing period, so you don't get billed again on your next billing cycle. Any renewal subscription fees already paid are non-refundable
